Job Title: Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level professional roles across North America, including Technology, Product, Strategy, Payments, and Crypto/Blockchain teams.
- Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
- Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other market intelligence tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide talent market insights, and recommend recruiting strategies.
- Screen, assess, and engage top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews, facilitate hiring decisions, negotiate offers, and support onboarding activities.
- Build strong partnerships with HR, People Business Partners, Compensation, and Global Mobility teams to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data within Workday ATS and other recruiting systems.
- Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline metrics, and recruiting insights to business stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor hiring activity, and labor market intelligence to proactively identify top talent.
- Contribute to recruiting process improvements, talent acquisition initiatives, and special projects that enhance hiring efficiency.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience within a large, global, and matrixed organization.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for mid- to senior-level professional positions.
- Experience recruiting for Technology, Product, Strategy, Payments, Financial Services, or related functions.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Experience building and managing talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, recruiting best practices, and candidate experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience recruiting for Crypto, Stablecoin, Blockchain, or Digital Assets organizations.
- Workday Recruiting/ATS experience.
- Experience supporting hiring across North America.
- Background recruiting within Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services organizations.
- Experience using talent intelligence, market mapping, and competitive research tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $50–$55/hour on W2.
