Rate: $58/hr on w2
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility & Immigration Partner to support global mobility and immigration operations across multiple international regions. This role requires a professional who can hit the ground running with minimal training, work independently, and partner closely with two existing team members to manage complex immigration and mobility programs.
The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on global immigration experience, with an immediate focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia immigration, while also supporting immigration programs across Singapore, the UK, and the U.S. The role also includes supporting cross-border mobility, international transfers, relocation programs, and mobility tax coordination while partnering with HR, Legal, Payroll, Tax, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Global Immigration
- Serve as the subject matter expert for global immigration matters across multiple regions.
- Manage immigration cases for UAE and Saudi Arabia (highest priority), with additional support for Singapore, the UK, and the U.S.
- Coordinate visa applications, work permits, work authorization, and immigration compliance.
- Provide immigration assessments for new hires and employee transfers.
- Partner with external immigration counsel and vendors to ensure timely processing and compliance.
Global Mobility
- Support global mobility programs, including:
- Cross-border mobility
- International employee transfers
- Domestic and international relocations
- Mobility tax coordination
- Review employee mobility requests and ensure appropriate approvals and policy compliance.
- Prepare employee verification letters, travel letters, and mobility documentation.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Global Security, and Talent Acquisition to facilitate compliant mobility programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely case updates to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvements to global mobility policies, processes, and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Corporate Global Mobility and Global Immigration.
- Recent hands-on experience supporting UAE and Saudi Arabia immigration is required.
- Experience supporting Singapore, UK, and U.S. immigration is highly preferred.

- Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and require minimal direction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multinational corporate HR or Global Mobility environment.
- Legal or immigration law background is a plus but not required.
- Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certification is a plus.
- Experience managing immigration vendors and external legal counsel.
- Strong knowledge of global mobility compliance and international assignment policies.
