Role: Global Mobility & Immigration Partner
Location: Remote (East Coast, US)
Employment Type: W2 Contract
Rate: $58/Hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Global Immigration across EMEA and APAC, with an immediate focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia, while supporting additional regions including Singapore, the UK, and the US as business needs evolve.
- Manage end-to-end global immigration processes, including immigration assessments, visa applications, work authorization, and compliance, ensuring adherence to country-specific immigration laws and corporate policies.
- Coordinate Global Mobility activities, including cross-border mobility, international transfers, relocation support, flex work arrangements, and mobility tax coordination.
- Prepare and manage employee documentation, including employment verification letters, travel letters, immigration support documentation, and other mobility-related correspondence.
- Partner closely with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Corporate Tax, Payroll, Global Security, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient immigration and mobility processes.
- Manage employee and business requests from initiation through completion, securing required approvals, tracking case progress, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Utilize Workday and ServiceNow to manage immigration and mobility cases, maintain employee records, monitor case status, and ensure timely processing.
- Provide guidance to employees, managers, and business leaders on immigration requirements, international assignments, cross-border travel, and mobility-related policies.
- Monitor changing global immigration regulations and proactively identify compliance risks while recommending appropriate solutions.
- Independently manage multiple immigration and mobility cases in a fast-paced corporate environment with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Client's Key Priorities:
- Recent, hands-on Global Immigration experience.
- Immediate experience supporting UAE and Saudi Arabia immigration (highest priority).
- Strong knowledge of Global Mobility, including cross-border mobility, international transfers, and mobility tax.
- Experience working in a Corporate HR or Global Mobility environment.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
- Self-starter who can quickly integrate into the team and work independently with minimal training.
- Ability to support East Coast business hours (8:00 AM ET).
