We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our vibrant talent acquisition team! In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using platforms such as Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, and PeopleSoft to source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms to generate candidate leads.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate hiring activities in compliance with employment law and HR policies.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
- Maintain strong candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to nurture talent pools for current and future opportunities.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment & labor law compliance to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment, agency partnerships, and market trends analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever or UltiPro for efficient recruitment process management and reporting.
- Support onboarding activities like employee orientation, employee evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives.
- Lead a team of recruiters by providing guidance on best practices in recruiting, HR sourcing, and succession planning strategies.
Skills
- Extensive experience with talent acquisition platforms including Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Salesforce, Kronos, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, HRIS systems like Paychex.
- Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing procedures.
- Proven ability in candidate sourcing techniques such as social media management, cold calling, research methods, and leveraging talent acquisition tools.
- Expertise in clinical staff recruitment as well as executive recruiting for senior-level positions.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage client communication effectively throughout the hiring process.
- Proficiency in recruitment process management from initial outreach through onboarding; familiar with full cycle recruiting practices.
- Outstanding communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with C-suite executives and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market trends to inform strategic staffing decisions; experience with HRIS systems like iCIMS or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
- Strong relationship management skills to build long-term partnerships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Pay: $77,183.38 - $88,866.00 per year
