Skills/attributes are a must have
• Deep expertise in Workday Advanced Comp in large global companies
i. Deep understanding of Merit, Bonus, Promotion, LTI capabilities in WD Adv Comp
ii. Ability to understand complex compensation processes at large global organization
• Experience supporting Workday implementation or enhancements
• Prior experience supporting compensation cycles in a large global organization
• Workday Advance Compensation certification preferred
