Job Summary (Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday):
- Serve as a Workday subject matter expert with a focus on Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules.
- Lead Workday Compensation and Payroll initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, payroll elements, time tracking rules, and related business processes within Workday.
- Partner with business stakeholders (Compensation, Payroll Operations, HR, IT) to deliver scalable solutions and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex system and data issues; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive controls.
- Execute system testing, reporting, data validation, audits, and manage production deployments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations; maintain process documentation and provide end-user training.
- Develop and automate HRIS reporting to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Consult with business partners to translate requirements into system solutions and recommend Workday best practices.
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, releases, and ongoing production support in a shared services or complex enterprise environment.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure system compliance.
- Communicate effectively and manage competing priorities across stakeholders.
- Leverage strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and project management skills.
