US Solution Architect – Workday

We are looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Extend, integrations, payroll, and workflow automation.
🔑 Required Skills & Experience
1. Workday Extend – Custom Application & Workflow Development
- 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying Workday Extend Apps
- Experience with App Builder, Custom Business Processes, Custom Objects, and UI/Data Modeling
- Strong experience with Workday Orchestrations and workflow automation
- Experience consolidating legacy HRSS tools and automating HR operational workflows
2. Payroll & Integration Development
- Experience integrating Workday Extend with Workday Core HCM, Workday Payroll, and external systems
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, web services, and integration orchestration
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / Taiwan ECP is highly relevant
- Experience developing data validation rules and automated checks for Touchless Payroll
3. Workday Ecosystem
- 6+ years of overall Workday experience
- Strong knowledge of HCM, Business Process Framework, Custom Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security Groups
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, PECI, XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of web services, data modeling, and object-oriented concepts
🤝 Collaboration & Support
- Translate functional requirements and process maps into scalable Workday Extend architecture
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Business Systems Analysts
- Support UAT, defect remediation, performance optimization, and business logic refinement
- Apply Workday security policies, domain security definitions, and user-role configurations
