Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test strategies and test plans for Workday implementations.
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases.
- Validate Workday HCM, Payroll, Security, Benefits, and Integrations.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca, Worksoft, or similar tools.
- Perform test data preparation, validation, and reconciliation.
- Track, manage, and report defects through closure.
- Collaborate with business users during SIT and UAT cycles.
- Validate Workday releases and production fixes.
- Ensure test coverage for compliance, security, and business processes.
- Prepare testing metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards.
