Job Title: Senior Workday Configurator

Location: Tampa, FL or Irving, TX

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Security and Payroll modules.
Design and manage role-based security groups and domain policies.
Configure business processes, approvals, and workflow rules.
Support payroll configuration, earnings, deductions, taxes, and compliance requirements.
Conduct security audits and access reviews.
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations.
Support Workday releases, enhancements, and patch implementations.
Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compliance, and IT stakeholders.
Develop documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge artifacts.
Workday Certification Mandatory
