The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as the primary Workday subject matter expert and is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of CSD's Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and business leaders to enhance system functionality, improve business processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful workforce insights. The Senior HRIS Analyst also leads system enhancements, reporting, security administration, release management, and strategic HR technology initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of four years of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience.
Minimum of two years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Strong experience supporting Workday HCM and at least two additional modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Learning.
Experience developing advanced Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.
Experience configuring Workday business processes, security roles, domains, and permissions.
Experience supporting Workday integrations, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience supporting multi-state organizations and complex HR and payroll operations preferred.
Experience leading Workday implementations, system optimizations, or major enhancement projects preferred.
Workday Pro certifications are highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
