Required Skills & Experience
· 3–7+ years of hands-on Workday experience
· Demonstrated delivery experience in:
o Workday Reporting
o Workday Financial Management
o Workday Integrations
· Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience in post-implementation or stabilization environments
· Experience working directly with business stakeholders
· Strong documentation skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Workday Pro certification (Integrations, Reporting, or Financials)
· Multi-module experience (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting)
· Prior consulting or contract delivery experience
· Familiarity with Maximo and Netsuite
Job Description
We’re seeking a mid-level Workday Consultant with technical and functional expertise in Reporting, Integrations and Financial Management to support a post-production environment.
The consultant will partner with the HRIS Operations Manager taking primary responsibility for configuring, troubleshooting and enhancing our Workday environments.
