Job Description We are seeking a Web Developer with Workday Experience with foundational Workday experience and strong technical development skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies, who is eager to expand their expertise within the Workday ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business and technical requirements Design and model business processes and system integrations Build and support web-based solutions using technologies such as HTML5, Java, JavaScript, or similar (Workday Extend) Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolution Perform system performance analysis and tuning Support full lifecycle development activities including design, development, testing, and implementation Required Qualifications Development experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, or other modern technologies 1-2 years of experience in Workday Integration Development Hands-on experience with: Workday Studio Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Core Connectors Strong understanding of integration technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON XML/XSLT APIs and web services Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and problem resolution Development experience in JavaScript, Python, Java, or other modern technologies Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Willingness and aptitude to learn and grow within the Workday platform Experience building Workday Extend Applications (Plus)
