IDR is seeking a Sr Workday Analyst to join one of our top clients for an exciting opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is essential in collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to enhance talent management systems and processes within a dynamic industry. The position offers the chance to work with advanced talent technology solutions, including Workday Recruiting, to support strategic hiring objectives.
Position Overview for the Sr Workday Analyst:
- Responsible for developing and implementing requirements for talent acquisition and recruiting tools
- Collaborates with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to improve system efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilizes deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem, including Workday Recruiting, for research and solution development
- Supports the development and support of recruiting-related solutions, processes, and integrations
- Trains and supports team members on new and established processes
Requirements for the Sr Workday Analyst:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in HR technology
- Experience supporting Workday Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition technologies, or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
- Proven experience managing recruiting system enhancements, integrations, testing, and releases
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to support system improvements and drive strategic hiring initiatives
