IDR is seeking a Sr Workday Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves collaborating with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to enhance Workday Compensation processes, leveraging deep knowledge of the talent technology ecosystem, and supporting the administration and optimization of Workday HCM solutions.
Position Overview for the Sr Workday Analyst:

Responsible for developing and implementing requirements for Workday Compensation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Partners with the HR Technology team to support the administration, governance, testing, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions.

Trains and supports team members on new and established processes within the Workday HCM environment.

Researches, develops, configures, and recommends solutions aligned with organizational strategic goals.

Collaborates closely with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless system support and process improvements.
Requirements for the Sr Workday Analyst:

4+ years of relevant experience.

Experience supporting Workday Compensation or Core HCM solutions preferred.

Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, merit and bonus processes, testing, configuration, production deployments, and stakeholder management.

Deep knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem and Workday HCM.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support organizational strategic initiatives.
