Responsibilities
The Remote Nurse is responsible for providing clinical monitoring and patient outreach for patients enrolled in a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. This position requires the nurse to remain attentive and actively engaged with their computer and communication systems throughout the scheduled workday.
The nurse will continuously monitor patient data and vital signs through the designated monitoring platform, identify abnormal or concerning readings, and initiate timely outreach to patients when intervention or follow-up is needed. The position involves both outbound patient calls and answering inbound patient calls, requiring the nurse to remain readily available and responsive during working hours.
Skills
- Strong computer skills and the ability to efficiently navigate multiple computer applications and platforms simultaneously.
- Comfortable working extensively with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), remote monitoring platforms, telephone systems, email, messaging applications, and other electronic tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology, software, and electronic workflows.
- Strong typing and documentation skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to efficiently transition between multiple applications while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Highly attentive and able to remain focused on computer-based tasks and patient monitoring activities throughout the scheduled workday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
