We are currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Associates.
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 per year
Performance-based earnings with opportunities for advancement.
This is a fully remote, entry-level sales opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in the insurance industry. You’ll work directly with prospective clients, learn about their health coverage needs, explain available insurance options, and help guide them through the enrollment process.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, ongoing coaching, and support as you learn the industry and develop your sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with prospective clients by phone about their health insurance needs
- Build rapport and learn about each individual's coverage priorities
- Explain available health insurance plans and benefits in a clear, professional manner
- Help clients compare options and make informed coverage decisions
- Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
- Follow up with prospective clients and manage ongoing conversations
- Maintain accurate client information and activity in our CRM
- Work toward individual and team sales goals

Training and ongoing support are provided to help you understand health insurance products, develop your communication and sales skills, and become comfortable working with prospective clients.
Where licensing is required for the position, candidates must be willing and eligible to obtain the appropriate health insurance license.
Work Environment
Fully Remote | Full-time
This is a phone- and computer-based insurance sales position performed from home. You’ll communicate with prospective clients remotely while collaborating with your team throughout the workday.
There is no door-to-door or field sales involved.
A reliable internet connection and professional home workspace are required.
