HRIS Analyst
Full-Time | HR Technology | Olathe, KS
SUMMARY
We're looking for an HRIS Analyst to own HRIS operations across the Americas and drive the strategy behind our global HR technology stack (Workday and UKG). This is a hands-on systems role for someone who loves translating messy business needs into clean, scalable technical solutions — and who wants a seat at the table shaping how HR technology evolves globally, not just maintaining what's already built.
You'll be the go-to HRIS expert for the region, partnering closely with IT, HR leadership, and global stakeholders to keep our systems running smoothly and continuously improving.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HRIS Systems & Support (30%)
- Serve as the escalation point for HRIS issues and technical troubleshooting across the Americas
- Deliver HR/business reporting using data analytics
- Act as the key liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors on system design and implementation
- Own core pieces of our data governance model — data integrity, security, and backup protocols
Global HRIS Strategy & Projects (70%)
- Lead implementation of global HRIS initiatives across Workday and UKG
- Shape the long-term HR technology roadmap
- Identify and drive system enhancements and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with data security/privacy standards
- Gather requirements and write functional specs that turn HR needs into real system solutions
- Partner with product owners/managers on new feature rollouts
- Advocate for local HR needs in global system decisions
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's in IT, HR Management, or equivalent experience/certifications
- 5+ years in an HRIS environment — Workday and UKG experience strongly preferred
- Strong grasp of HR policy paired with genuine technical/systems fluency
- Comfort juggling multiple stakeholders and priorities with a structured approach
- A builder's mindset — always looking for a better way to run things
- Discretion with confidential data
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
This role is based in our Olathe, KS location and will require some occasional travel to our headquarters in Belgium.

At our headquarters, you'll enjoy an onsite preschool, a full-service restaurant, and access to an onsite gym to help you stay active and energized. We also foster connection through regular team events and a collaborative, welcoming environment.
We also offer:
- A hybrid work schedule
