The Role
- Oversee and manage Workday ERP implementation tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project goals.
- Partner with implementation teams to execute go-live cutover plans and manage temporary processes during phase transitions.
- Review and refine the project backlog to create prioritized punch lists and a product roadmap post-go-live.
- Manage and coordinate tasks and outputs across multiple implementation teams in parallel.
- Collaborate with company personnel, project leadership, and external vendors on project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and status communication.
- Support high-priority work through expert application of project management, business process improvement, change management, and communication skills.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in coordinating or managing projects, preferably with ERP systems like Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, guidance, and fostering collaboration.
- Strong understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable under pressure, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree; relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are highly preferred.
- Experience in the public sector or K-12 environment is a plus.
