We're looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Workday HCM implementation supporting a major HR technology transformation.
This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who has successfully led multiple Workday implementations and understands the technical complexities of enterprise integrations, data migration, and go-live readiness.
🔑 What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of enterprise IT program management experience
- Proven leadership of multiple end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, including successful go-lives
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, enterprise integrations, and data migration
- Experience managing implementation partners, project timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP, Okta, Concur, or Ashby integrations
- Background in corporate carve-outs, shared services transitions, or HR technology transformations
- Workday certification or PMP
