Job Description

Strong hands-on Workday Core HCM experience, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination etc.
Experience designing and configuring complex business processes from the ground up, including business process steps, conditions, approvals, validations, notifications, and routing.
Strong understanding of Workday security, including domain and business process security, role-based access, and organization-based access. Experience with segment- based and intersection security etc.
Ability to create calculated fields and build advanced Workday reports, including complex and Metrix reports.
Understanding of how Core HCM configuration connects with organizations, staffing, and the broader employee lifecycle.
Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking; deep expertise in these areas is not required.
Some familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
