Overview
As a Human Resources Manager, you’ll guide people practices that help employees and the organization succeed. You’ll connect human resources management with business priorities, oversee core HR operations, and support leaders and employees through change. Your impact: By strengthening employee relations and performance management, you help employees navigate workplace challenges and enable teams to work effectively.
Duties
- Lead talent acquisition, HR sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and talent management.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, personnel administration, workforce management, and accurate data entry.
- Guide employee evaluation, performance management, training and development, succession planning, organization design, and affirmative action planning.
- Manage change initiatives and projects; support strategic planning and collect and analyze workforce data, including Excel data analysis.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, HR legal compliance, employment and labor law practices, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) processes, workers’ compensation, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources, HR department operations, administrative work, and employee relations; knowledge of employment law in talent management.
- Skills in communication, conflict management, confidential information handling, contracts, and data collection.
- Familiarity with human capital management, HR systems, HRIS (human resources information systems), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, ADP, Paychex, Dayforce, Kronos, UltiPro, Paylocity, Ceridian, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, or Salesforce is helpful.
- Social media management experience is a plus.
Pay: $75,700.00 - $91,300.00 per year
