Key Responsibilities

Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, exempt, and non‑exempt roles.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
Support equitable hiring practices and a positive candidate experience.
Maintain and optimize HRIS workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy.
Configure and support HR technology processes related to recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and employee data.
Develop workforce analytics and dashboards to support business decision‑making.
Analyze recruiting, retention, and workforce trends to recommend improvements.
Support system enhancements, testing, documentation, and user training.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve HR operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Several years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on talent acquisition and HRIS administration.
Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday or similar) including reporting and configuration.
Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
Experience with compensation benchmarking, job grading, or market analysis preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and customer service skills.
High attention to detail, strong project management abilities, and comfort managing multiple priorities.
