Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Benefits HRIS Professional to join our team! In this role, you will manage integrations, data accuracy, and employee-reported issues within our Workday and ADP GlobalView (SAP) environments. You will also collaborate with internal benefits teams and external vendors to support integrations, reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Management: Ensure inbound and outbound integrations are processed successfully, troubleshoot errors, and resolve issues promptly.
- Data Management: Perform data corrections for reported benefits issues and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Extract and combine data from multiple sources to perform audits, analyze the impact of reported issues, and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests.
- Case Management: Manage and resolve employee-reported issues through our ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Email, IM, and external vendor platforms).
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal benefits teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP GlobalView (SAP):
- Expertise in managing ADP Import Formats (SSL and G2).
- Knowledge of SAP Infotypes, including IT0014 (Recurring Payments), IT0015 (Additional Payments), and IT0169 (Savings Plans).
- Spinifex Reporting: Proficient in Spinifex reporting tools and standard SAP reports (e.g., ad hoc query, WageType Reporter).
- Data Analysis Skills: Strong Excel skills, including the ability to combine data from various sources to support audits and issue resolution.
- Ticket Management: Experience managing and resolving cases in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Workday HRIS.
- Familiarity with UKG Payroll (formerly Ultimate Software).
