What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls depending on client needs
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, or support
- Represent multiple brands with professionalism and care
- Accurately document call outcomes and customer interactions
Requirements:
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Headset with a microphone (optional)
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
