Insight Global is looking for an HR Analyst to join a pharmaceutical company in Richmond, VA. This person will be responsible for providing data analytics insight that contribute to the metrics driven by HR Services. They will need to help with reporting, analyzing dashboards, and tracking channels to provide actionable insight on service deliveries. Work to ensure integrity of HR employee data, web-based HR programs and support end-users as a subject matter expert.
