Our Fortune 100 Financial Services client is hiring a Career Services HR Coordinator to join their team! This person will bring in previous experience with providing front line end user support to candidates and recruiters on the recruiting process and systems.
About the Role:
The Career Services team supports our client's recruitment process by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to job applicants. As part of a six-person team, you’ll monitor the Careers inboxand respond to inquiries from candidates applying to positions or completing assessments on the company website.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes of repetitive yet occasionally complex candidate inquiries. You’ll work from templates and FAQ documentation, with occasional need to research and investigate issues using systems like Workday and Hiver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to high-volume email inquiries from job applicants and candidates taking assessments.
- Use templated responses and FAQs to address common questions.
- Investigate candidate-specific issues such as application status discrepancies or assessment timeouts.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, or other HR support teams to resolve problems and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet team Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform audits and support ongoing team projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Customer Support
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site 3 days/week)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of combined experience across recruiting coordination, HR operations, or similar support roles
- Workday and/or Hiver platform experience is a significant plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
- Curiosity and initiative to ask questions and connect the dots
