Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify business needs and provide solutions through the HRIS system.
- Configure and maintain various Workday modules such as HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Advanced Compensation.
- Support the HRIS system by troubleshooting issues, performing scheduled activities, and recommending workflow improvements.
- Design and support complex reports and queries to meet customer needs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Lead special projects to enhance departmental efficiency and recommend innovative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits, and other internal customers.
- Contribute to departmental goals and support the people strategy through various projects.
- Engage in the Workday Community and networking opportunities to leverage best practices.
- Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new features, collaborating with IT and Workday support.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and implement automated workflows in Workday.

Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
- A minimum of five years of HRIS Analyst experience and five to seven years of Workday experience.
- Workday Pro Certification.
- Experience in Workday Absence, Payroll, and Advanced Comp modules.
