Company Overview: Join our global enterprise client as a Contract Recruiter within the Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team. We are dedicated to supporting various business units, including Supply Chain, Finance, and more. Initially, you will be focused on Supply Chain recruiting, with the flexibility to pivot to corporate roles as needed. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contract Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting for our Supply Chain team, with the possibility of expanding into other corporate functions, such as Finance, IT, HR, and Legal. This role requires a proactive, articulate individual who can efficiently handle high-volume recruiting demands while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles, with the flexibility to support corporate roles like Finance, IT, HR, and Legal as needed.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set recruiting priorities.
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for both field and corporate roles.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications through interviews and discussions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, facilitate feedback collection, and lead debrief sessions.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to initiate onboarding processes in Workday.
- Adapt to fluctuating recruitment volumes across different teams and roles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate recruiting, including agency-side experience.
- Proven ability to manage recruiting activities across 15-25 high-volume requirements simultaneously.
- Strong experience in recruiting for Supply Chain and Finance roles is highly desirable.
- Experience in large, complex organizations similar to Coke, Newell, UPS, or Georgia-Pacific is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, and an engaging personality.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to present oneself professionally and articulately.
- Comfort with remote work settings and proficiency in digital communication and recruitment tools.
