Senior Workday Integration Developer

As a Senior Workday Integration Developer, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless integrations and mentor others in the process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Workday integrations to connect with external HR, finance, and business systems.
- Implement data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC for data ingestion, replication, and transformation.
- Act as a bridge between product stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Work with Workday APIs and web services for seamless data flow and connectivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
- Document integration logic, technical workflows, and interface designs.
- Mentor team members on Workday integration best practices, IDMC usage, and Agile delivery.
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. 100% remote (must work East Coast hours) with bi-quarterly travel to the Atlanta office for a few days.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of experience building and supporting Workday integrations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing integrations using Informatica IDMC.
- Strong programming skills (XSLT, JSON, XML, API integration).
- Proven success working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certification (Integration or Studio).
- Experience as a technical SME in integration projects.
