We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-scaling global infrastructure group making major investments across the U.S. data center market. With active builds and acquisitions in Texas, Chicago, Ohio, and West Virginia, they’re now hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across engineering, project delivery, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle recruitment for 50+ technical hires in Year 1 across the U.S.
- Focus hiring across project delivery, data center operations, facilities, and engineering.
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, forecast needs, and deliver top-tier talent.
- Build and execute talent sourcing strategies, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and agency partners.
- Enhance candidate experience, optimize the hiring process, and report on recruitment KPIs.
- Champion the employer brand across platforms and industry touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For:- 5+ years’ experience recruiting for data centers or critical infrastructure projects (agency or in-house).
- Strong familiarity with roles like MEP Engineers, Project Managers, Commissioning, and Ops.
- Track record managing multiple technical requisitions simultaneously across U.S. regions.
- Proficient in ATS systems, Boolean sourcing, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Collaborative, organized, and able to navigate a high-growth, high-demand environment.
