We are seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology team. This role will serve as a Workday subject matter expert, partnering closely with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders to optimize system functionality, drive automation, and enhance user experience. You will play a key role in supporting and evolving our Workday ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary Workday functional lead for key modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Learning, Reporting).

Collaborate with HR and business partners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, system-based solutions.

Maintain data integrity through audits, data validations, and system controls.

Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards.

Drive process improvements and automate manual HR processes using Workday functionality.

Participate in Workday releases, testing new functionality, and managing impact assessments.

Support integrations with downstream systems and third-party vendors.

Provide day-to-day tier 1 and tier 2 support, including training to end users.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in HRIS, with 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.

Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM and at least two additional modules.

Strong understanding of HR processes and data lifecycle.

Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
