We are seeking an experienced WalkMe Consultant with deep expertise in WalkMe + Workday to design, implement, and optimize digital adoption solutions across Workday modules.
Core Responsibilities
Design and build multi-language Smart Walk-Throughs within Workday to guide users through complex processes.
Develop and customize WalkMe content using the WalkMe Editor, including advanced configurations.
Apply jQuery within WalkMe where required to enhance functionality and enable advanced triggers and validations. (Critical)
Accurately identify Workday pages, forms, and components to ensure WalkMe content is triggered at the correct time and location. (Critical)
Configure WalkMe milestones and goals to track user progression, completion rates, and adoption metrics.
Implement WalkMe automations that trigger automatically based on specific Workday user behaviors.
Build WalkMe validations based on custom Workday interactions (e.g., triggering validations on hover, click, or form behavior).
Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective WalkMe guidance.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven hands-on experience as a WalkMe Consultant, specifically supporting Workday environments.
Strong working knowledge of Workday modules, including:
HCM
Talent Management
Recruitment
Expert-level proficiency in jQuery as applied within the WalkMe Editor. (Non-negotiable)
Deep understanding of Workday DOM structure and page behavior to correctly trigger WalkMe content. (Non-negotiable)
Experience creating behavior-based triggers, validations, and automations in WalkMe.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using WalkMe Insights, milestones, and reporting.
