Senior Workday Systems Specialist
Up to $180,000 plus a bonus | Hybrid in New York, NY or Miami, FL
Hale International is partnering with a forward-thinking organization looking for a Senior Workday Systems Specialist to take ownership of the Workday Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation modules. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with the business to continuously improve Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead key Workday modules, with a strong preference for Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation; experience across additional modules is a plus
- Provide day-to-day Workday configuration, support, and troubleshooting
- Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on enhancements and process improvements
- Support ATS integrations, including Jobvite to Workday Recruiting
- Assist with reporting, testing, and small project initiatives
- Serve as a trusted Workday functional expert and escalation point
Role Requirements:
- 5 or more years of hands-on Workday experience
- Strong configuration experience across as many Workday modules as possible, with Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation being the key focus.
- Experience with Workday security and reporting
- ATS integration experience
- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
