The Role
• Design and deploy global TA capability frameworks and learning journeys.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and piloting of emerging TA technologies and AI solutions.
• Manage global TA vendor relationships, ensuring performance and alignment.
• Oversee a portfolio of global TA transformation projects, focusing on process simplification and automation.
• Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Shared Services to align enablement priorities with enterprise goals.
What You'll Need
• 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Transformation within a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven success leading TA technology pilots, AI integration, and capability building initiatives.
• Strong experience managing vendor partnerships and governance across TA systems and platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting and familiarity with CRM platforms and AI-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-regional projects with measurable business impact.
