Are you energized by bringing structure to complex work and helping teams deliver meaningful change? As Project Manager, People & Culture Transformation Office, you'll play a key role in enabling how People & Culture initiatives are planned, coordinated, and delivered at Veeam.
In this role, you'll work with the Director, People Transformation to build and scale a cross-functional People & Culture Transformation Office (Project Management Office) that supports high-impact HR initiatives across Veeam. You'll partner closely with HR leaders, HR Technology, and senior stakeholders to improve alignment, visibility, and execution—while keeping the employee experience front and center.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, influencing at all levels, and making complex work easier to navigate.
- Create mechanisms to drive transparency, connection and collaboration across the People & Culture team's portfolio of work, including roadmaps, shared portfolios and KPIs, and dashboards
- Embed thoughtful change management, communication, and enablement into initiatives to ensure successful adoption
- Flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution depending on project needs
- Model practical, easy-to-adopt project and change management best practices
- Maintain visibility into People & Culture initiatives and prepare clear, leadership-ready updates
- Support cross-functional People & Culture initiatives by establishing clear project structure, roles, timelines, measures of success and ways of working
- Partner with HR and Technology teams to improve coordination, sequencing, and prioritization of work
- Help teams move work forward by unblocking issues, managing risks and dependencies, and connecting the right stakeholders
- 6–8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or consulting roles
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity working within or alongside HR or People & Culture teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without authority
- Clear, confident communication skills with a range of audiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure as you go
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Experience contributing to or building a Program Management Office (PMO) or portfolio management function
- Familiarity partnering with HR Technology teams or working with HR systems such as Workday
