Role: Workday Solution Architect
Location: Remote ( San Jose, CA)
Duration: 3-6 Months

Nature of Work - The work would be blend of Workday support and project work
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture: Develop end-to-end Workday architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for HCM, Financials, or other modules.
- Requirements Gathering: Partner with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to analyze needs, conduct gap analysis, and define technical requirements.
- Implementation Oversight: Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday, overseeing complex projects from discovery to go-live.
- Integration Management: Design and support integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure, other ERPs) to ensure data consistency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business leaders, IT, and delivery teams to align Workday solutions with organizational strategy.
- Governance & Best Practices: Define architectural standards, provide governance, and ensure adherence to Workday best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Workday releases, industry trends, and new features, identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior functional resources and development teams.
