Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Workday PRISM Consultant to join our Workday team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday PRISM analytics and reporting, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that support business objectives.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Design and develop Workday PRISM analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Workday PRISM datasets, dashboards, and reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday PRISM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday PRISM functionality.
- Provide guidance and best practices for Workday PRISM implementation and usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Application.
- Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered ERP processes, reports and analytics, suggest best practices. Proven experience as a Workday PRISM Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Workday reporting and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with Workday PRISM datasets and dashboards.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Skills
- Workday PRISM Certified. Workday HCM Functional and Technical Knowledge.
- Experience with Workday integrations and data sources.
- Knowledge of Workday security and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics or BI tools integrated with Workday.
