Role overview
We are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst – Contractor to help manage and support the day-to-day operations of Workday HCM platform. This role will be critical in supporting ongoing system operations, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing HR processes across the organization.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys operational support, configuration work, and troubleshooting within Workday HCM.
Key Responsibilities
Own and support core Workday HCM business processes
Configure and maintain Workday business processes and workflows
Manage and support organizational structures
Maintain accurate employee data and perform data updates, corrections, and changes
Create and maintain basic reports and sub-reports
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience working with Workday Core HCM
