A growing organization in Greater Houston is hiring a Workday Payroll Analyst to join an established payroll team supporting a large multi-state employee population.
This is a hands-on payroll role focused on day-to-day payroll processing, audits, compliance and employee support within Workday. The environment is stable, fast-moving and offers a clear path for growth into payroll leadership.
What You’ll Do
Process and audit bi-weekly payroll
Maintain payroll data and employee changes in Workday
Support off-cycle payroll, adjustments and year-end activity
Partner with HR and Finance on payroll reporting and compliance
Support employees with payroll related questions
What They’re Looking For
Five plus years of payroll experience
Two plus years of Workday payroll experience
Strong multi-state payroll knowledge
Advanced Excel skills
Customer service focused and detail oriented
