Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent pools across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to streamline candidate management and ensure efficient workflows.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing plans.
- Conduct talent research and market analysis to identify emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations while managing contracts, employee orientation programs, and onboarding processes.
Skills
- Proven expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates effectively.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP HR (Human Resources), ADP, Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday for data management and reporting.
- Proficiency in social media management tools for lead generation and employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of employment law principles related to contracts, employee relations, and labor standards.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Lever, iCIMS, Taleo or for efficient recruitment workflows.
- Ability to conduct interviews confidently while assessing candidate fit through behavioral and technical evaluation techniques.
- Strong relationship management skills to foster collaboration across teams and external networks.
