Senior UKG Pro Consultant (Contract)

The Opportunity:
Our client, a well-established leader in the Real Estate industry, is at a pivotal moment in their HR technology journey. As they transition from UKG to Workday, the internal team is stretched thin managing both day-to-day operations and an enterprise-scale implementation targeted for a January 2027 go-live. What they need right now is a seasoned UKG Pro expert who can step in confidently, stabilize the environment, and bridge the gap through the remainder of the transition. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will immediately make an impact, providing critical continuity, calm, and leadership during a complex systems transformation.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary UKG Pro subject matter expert overseeing open tickets with a strong focus on integrations
- Monitoring and managing UKG Pro issues while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Supporting and troubleshooting UKG integrations to ensure accurate and reliable data flow between systems
- Maintaining deep working knowledge of UKG Pro configuration auditing and ongoing system support
- Managing and supporting PlanSource integrations including auditing data feeds and validating transmissions
- Auditing configuring and maintaining UTM setups to support compliance and data integrity
- Extracting validating and preparing UKG data to support Workday conversion and transition activities
Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with UKG Pro in a techno-functional capacity
- Strong background supporting and troubleshooting UKG integrations
- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Nice-to-Haves:
- Workday experience with direct involvement in migration or conversion efforts
