We are seeking an energetic and motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind guiding prospective participants through enrollment processes, ensuring clear communication, and supporting program growth. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help expand access to vital programs and foster positive community engagement.
Responsibilities
- 8 - 10 years of eExperience in US Healthcare Payor operation.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing teams as Sr. team leader/ Team Manager
- Good people management skill with experience of handling minimum of 30-50 employees
- Sound knowledge in commercial & Medicare member enrollment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel MS Power Point
- Effectlively &efficienctly handle escalation calls (1st & 2nd level)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; team oriented and strong consensus building
- Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively
- Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and self-manage workday is crucial
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
