Overview
Administration, maintenance, and optimization of the security configuration in Workday, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Security roles, groups, and access controls/ issues
- Security policies, procedures, configuration, documentation and guidelines
- Support internal and external SOX audits by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with access and change management regulations.
- Report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data access and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes. - Program management assistance on various HR initiatives/ programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree + 5+ years of experience in HR/ HRIS or related
- 3+ years of Workday in HCM, Benefits, Security, Absence, Time Tracking, and Reporting.
- Experience handling confidential information REQUIRED
- 3-5 years implementing and configuring security for Workday HCM including business processes security and integration security groups.
- 2+ years of statistical or data analysis experience designing custom reports and dashboards - Report Writer, calculated fields, MS Office/advanced Excel skills.
- Authentication Policies, SSO configuration, and MFA REQUIRED
- Strong security experience in role-based, user-based access and creating custom security domains - deep role configuration and access management
- Workday EIB template generation, population, and data loads using advanced-level Excel skills.
Consulting Preferred
Workday Security certification is preferred.
