Responsibilities:
Design and configure time tracking processes including time entry codes, work schedules, and time calculation rules.
Set up time entry templates, validation rules, and approval workflows.
Configure eligibility rules for time entry and time off based on job profiles and organizational hierarchy.
Implement business processes for time-related events (e.g., time entry submission, approvals, corrections).
Perform regular audits of time entry data, work schedules, and calculation rules.
Update time tracking configurations during organizational changes or annual cycles.
Maintain security roles and domain policies for time tracking data.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to time entry, approvals, and calculation logic.
Build custom reports and dashboards for time tracking analytics using Workday Report Writer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking configuration.
Knowledge of time entry codes, work schedules, and calculation rules.
Familiarity with Workday security model and domain policies.
Experience in Workday reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
Preferred Experience
Workday Certification in Time Tracking.
Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Absence Management.
Prior involvement in Workday implementation or optimization projects.
