Job Title: Workday Report Writer Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $60/hr. on W2
Eligibility: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2S only
Overview
Seeking a Workday Report Writer Data Analyst with strong Workday Report Writer expertise and solid SQL and Python skills to support enterprise reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Workday reports using Workday Report Writer
- Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
- Dashboards / Discovery Boards
- Develop complex calculated fields (LRV, ESI, TF, conditional logic)
- Translate business requirements into Workday reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance
- Troubleshoot report issues and support ad-hoc reporting
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of total professional experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
- Expert-level Workday Report Writer experience (must-have)
- Strong experience with complex calculated fields and multi-data-source reports
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials
- SQL and Python experience
- Enterprise environment experience
