It’s a 6 months Contract to hire role. For the Contract period of time they are providing remote and when they convert into full time they are someone who can come 4-5 days Onsite in a month on the client location which is in Miami, FL.
And they want someone who is non-local so he/she relocate nearby they client location after conversion.
Role: HRIS Manager
Location: Remote - team is in Manila, can work US Hours
CTH -MUST RELOCATE TO MIAMI, FL WHEN IT GOES FULL TIME
· Must know Excel but be an Excel Guru(Advance Excel), and able to analyze the data
· Would have to relocate when the role rolls perm.
The HRIS (Human Resources Information System) Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of the HRIS system. This role ensures that the HRIS system is optimized to meet the needs of the organization and its employees. The HRIS Manager will lead the HRIS team with focus on system upgrades, data management, and conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a global team focused on:
- **System Upgrades**
- Lead and manage HRIS upgrade projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with the HR Transformation and Technology team, IT and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation of system upgrades and new features.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables for system upgrades.
- Test and validate new functionalities and patches before deployment.
- **Data Management:**
- Oversee data entry, data management, and data quality processes.
- Develop and enforce data management protocols and standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity across the HRIS.
- Implement and maintain data security measures to protect sensitive HR information.
- Manage bulk data updates.
- **Audits:**
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues through thorough analysis and corrective actions.
- Document audit findings and implement process improvements to prevent future discrepancies.
- Partner with HR Transformation and Technology and IT to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data management policies.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Point of contact for SOX and other audits.
Qualifications:
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HRIS certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management or a related role.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
- Experience managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, and data management.
- **Skills:**
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
