Our client, a real estate company, is in need of a Manager, Associate Innovations for a 12-month contract. Working remotely, the Associate Innovation Manager will help lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology initiatives across the organization. This candidate will be supporting the HR team, specifically the payroll team. The ideal candidate will assist with writing requirements to lead to guide the team to use the Workday capabilities to assist what an ideal payroll process looks like for the company and communicate that to the business. The Manager will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure that HR technologies are effectively integrated, aligned with business objectives, and deliver a seamless experience for associates.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology management or related roles, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms, automation, and process optimization
- Experience leading HR technology projects from concept through execution, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday (preferred), SuccessFactors, or ADP
- Familiarity with automation platforms and tools (e.g., RPA tools, HR software solutions)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $38-55 per hour.
