Job Overview
Wasserman is looking for a Recruiter to support Experiential and Client Services hiring across North America. This role is a great fit for someone who has recruited in an agency environment and understands how fast-paced teams operate, how priorities shift, and how strong hiring partnerships are important to business success.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers across Experiential, Client Services, and project-based teams, supporting searches from intake through offer. The ideal candidate will take ownership of searches, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and help deliver a candidate experience that reflects how we operate as a company—prepared, transparent, and people-first.
This role is well suited for a mid-level recruiter or a strong junior recruiter ready to take on more ownership and complexity.
What You’ll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across Experiential, Client Services, and more
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail and candidate experience
- Source and engage candidates using outbound outreach, referrals, networking, and targeted sourcing strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs, candidate profiles, and team dynamics
- Help keep searches moving by coordinating interviews, tracking feedback, and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume and project-based hiring needs
- Use Workday Recruiting to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, ideally within an agency, experiential, marketing, consulting, or client-facing services environment
- Experience supporting or owning full-cycle recruiting processes
- Experience recruiting for roles such as account/client services, project or program management, experiential production, operations, or similar business-facing roles
- Strong partnership mindset with hiring managers — comfortable asking questions, clarifying expectations, and helping move decisions forward
- Experience using an ATS (Workday Recruiting preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and follow-through, with attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and shifting timelines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative recruiting team
Base salary range: $75-95K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
