Job description
We are looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting Functional Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise and prior leadership experience.
This role will lead Workday Recruiting enhancements, manage a team of functional and integration consultants, and serve as the primary client-facing representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize the Workday Recruiting module
- Manage recruiting workflows including:
- Job requisitions
- Candidate lifecycle stages
- Offer processes
- Recruiting security roles
- Reporting & dashboards
- Partner with recruiters and HR teams to improve hiring workflows
- Lead Agile delivery (sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, deployments)
- Work closely with Product Owners to design and implement enhancements
- Manage end-to-end testing and deployment across Workday tenants
- Communicate risks, timelines, and progress to stakeholders
Required Experience
- 6–7+ years of Workday Functional experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting configuration
- Experience leading Workday functional teams
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira or Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Mandatory Requirement
- Active Workday Recruiting Certification
- Hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience
- Experience leading Workday functional teams
- Strong Agile delivery experience (Jira or ADO)
