We are looking for a Workday Recruiting Certified Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting the Workday Recruiting module. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, business process setup, security, reporting, integrations, and production support.
Required Skills:
- Workday Recruiting Certification (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of Workday Recruiting experience
- Strong experience in business process configuration, security, reporting, and integrations
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
